This Act was repealed on 1 January 1996 by the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), s.112(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
80. (1) All rules and bye-laws framed under this Act, shall be published in the official Gazette and shall thereafter have the force of law. (2) The names of the members and Presidents of the Boards shall be published in the official Gazette.
