Section 19. Act to be binding on owners of flat, tenants, etc.

19- (1) All owners of flats, tenants of such owners, employees of owners and tenants or any other person who may in any manner use the property or any part thereof submitted to the provisions of this Act shall be subject to this Act and to the Declaration and the bye-laws. (2) All agreements, decisions and determinations lawfully made by the Association of Owners of flats in accordance with the voting percentage established under this Act, the Declaration or the bye-laws, shall be deemed to be binding on all owners of flats.
