Section 21. Removal of doubts

21- For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the Provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, apply to every flat together with its undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as those provisions apply in relation to any other immovable property.
