Section 20. Repeal and savings

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Throwing) Act, 2013 (Uttarakhand Act 17 of 2013), s.22(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20- (1) The Uttar Pradesh Plastic and Other Non-biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Ordinance, 2000 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act were in force at all material times.
