1- (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (Acquisition and transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1992.
(2) Sections 2 to 16 shall be deemed to have come into force on February 13, 1992 and the remaining provisions shall come into force at once.
