Section 26. Prohibition from recovery of excess amount THE UTTAR PRADESH REGULATION OF COLD STORAGES ACT

26- No licensee shall take or receive, for storage or any other service rendered to the hirer, any amount over and above [the charges fixed under section 29]1.
