Section 17. General provisions relating to orders under sections 16 and 22

17- (1) The Court making an order under section 16 or sub-section (1) of section 22, shall send a copy of its order to the Registrar by whom such certificate was issued, and the Registrar shall take necessary action accordingly . (2) Each of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 15, section 16 and section 22 are in addition to and not in derogation of any other of the said provisions.
