Section 24. [Delegation of certain powers by Board THE UTTAR PRADESH SAHAKARI GRM VIKAS BANK ACT, 1964

24. The Board may, if it thinks fit, delegate all or any of its powers under section 16, 18 and 21 of this Act to anyone or more of the officers of the Bank.]2
