Section 26. Pension to be reduces in certain cases

26- Where in the circumstances mentioned in [clause (b)]7 of section 25, a person is entitled to a pension, salary or remuneration amounting to less than [the amount of pension admissible under section 24]5 per month, then the pension payable to such person under section 24 shall not exceed the amount by which such pension, salary or remuneration falls short of [two thousand fifty rupees]2 per month.
