18- The powers of officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the {Finance Officer, the Registrar and the Controller of the Examinations, if any appointed}3 shall be such as may be, laid down by the Statutes and the Ordinances.
