Section 59. Section 58 not to be applied to minority colleges THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE UNIVERSITIES ACT, 1973

59- Nothing contained in section 58, shall apply to a college established and administered by a minority referred to in clause (I) of Article 30 of the Constitution of India.
