Section 1. Short title and commencement THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE UNIVERSITIES (VALIDATION OF APPOINTMENTS) ACT, 1984

1- (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Universities (Validation of Appointments) Act, 1984.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on August 16, 1984.
