11- (1) The State Government may for purposes of this Act appointment any persons or designate such officers of the Government, as it thinks fit to be Inspectors within such local limits as may be assigned to them.
(2) The Inspector shall perform the duties and exercise the powers conferred or imposed upon them by or under this Act.
