Section 3. Establishment and incorporation of the University

3- (1) There shall be established at Lucknow University by the name of the Uttar Pradesh Technical University. (2) The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the members of the Executive Council and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in the University, shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
