Section 11. Prohibition of letting without allotment order

This Act was repealed on 1 January 2023 by the Uttarakhand Tenancy Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2022), s.47(1), which repeals the State Rent Control Act in force immediately before its commencement; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11- Save as hereinafter provided, no person shall let any buildings except in pursuance of an allotment order issued under section 16.
