This Act was repealed on 1 January 2023 by the Uttarakhand Tenancy Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2022), s.47(1), which repeals the State Rent Control Act in force immediately before its commencement; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22- Any person aggrieved by an order under section 21 or section 24 may within thirty days from the date of the order prefer an appeal against it to the District Judge, and in other respects, the provisions of [section 10]3 shall mutatis mutandis apply in relation to such appeal.
