Section 11. Power of State Government to exempt

11- Where the size of a commercial weight or measure renders it impracticable to have any denomination marked on it under the provision of section 9 or to be stamped under the provisions of section 10, the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, exempt such weights or measures from being so marked or stamped.
