Section 3. Act to have overriding effect

The Uttrakhand Reforms, Regularization, Rehabilitation and Resettlement and Prevention of Encroachment of the Slums located in the Urban Local Bodies of the State Act

3. The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act.
