The Uttrakhand Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017

18 (1) Every employer shall maintain such registers and records, as may be prescribed. (2) The records may be maintained electronically or manually : Provided that, at the time of inspection by a Facilitator, a hard copy of such records if demanded, shall be submitted duly signed by the employer or his representative.
