Section 28. Deposit account.

28. Deposit account. All moneys belonging to a Warehousing Corporation shall be deposited in the Reserve Bank or the State Bank 1[or any nationalised bank] or, subject to any rules made under this Act, in 2[any other scheduled bank] or co-operative bank.
