Section 12. Conferment of powers on Managing Director.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. The Corporation may, subject to such conditions and limitations as it may specify, authorise the Managing Director to exercise such powers and perform such duties as it may deem necessary for the efficient administration of its business.
