Section 21. Receipts into, and payments from, the general fund of the Corporation.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
21. All receipts of the Corporation shall be carried into its general fund and all payments by the Corporation shall be made therefrom.
