Section 31. Recovery of sums due.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
31. Any sum payable to the Corporation shall be recoverable as an arrear or land-revenue under the Bengal Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913.
