Section 13. Safeguard against invalidation of acts or proceedings of the University.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Burdwan University Act, 1981 (West Bengal Act XXIII of 1981), s.57(9); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. No act or proceedings of the University or any subordinate authority of the University shall be called into question or invalidated merely by reason of the existence of a vacancy or vacancies among its members or of any member not having been duly appointed or having become disqualified.
