Section 23. Annual Report.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Burdwan University Act, 1981 (West Bengal Act XXIII of 1981), s.57(9); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
23. The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of such subordinate authority or officer and shall be submitted to the University on or before such date as may be prescribed. The annual report shall be considered by the University at a meeting.
