Section 20. Power to make rules.

This Act was repealed on 1 March 2003 by the West Bengal Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 2001, s.27(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. (1) The State Government may, subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the matters that may be or are required to be prescribed or made by rules.
