Section 1. Short title and commencement. The Elvoc Private Limited ( Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings ) Act, 1985

1. (1) This Act may be called the Elvoc Private Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1985.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of August, 1985.
