Section 13. Repeal and saving.

13. (1) The Elvoc Private Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1985 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
