Section 3. Savings.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Gangasagar Mela Act, 1976 (West Bengal Act IV of 1976), s.5; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. Any fee realized, any action taken or anything whatsoever done under the Gangasagar Mela Ordinance, 1953, shall be deemed to have been validly realized, taken or done.
