Section 44. Power of Executive Sabha.

44. The Executive Sabha shall refer to the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha for approval of the following matters, namely:— (a) all proposals for making regulations or by-laws under the provisions of this Act; (b) all cases affecting the relations of Government with the Gorkaland Territorial Administration.
