Section 67. Penalty for failure to comply with orders of Authority by allottee.

This Act was repealed on 4 May 2021 by struck down as beyond the State's legislative power by the Supreme Court in Forum for People's Collective Efforts v. State of West Bengal (4 May 2021); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
67. If any allottee, who fails to comply with, or contravenes any of the orders, decisions or directions of the Authority, he shall be liable to a penalty for the period during which such default continues, which may cumulatively extend upto five per cent, of the plot, apartment or building cost, as the case may be, as determined by the Authority.
