Section 6. Term of office of members, their salaries, fees and allowances.

6. (1) The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, if any and the members of the Corporation excepting the Chief Executive Officer shall hold office for such period as may be prescribed. (2) The non-official members of the Corporation shall draw such fees and allowances, as the State Government may prescribe, for attending the meetings of the Corporation or of any committee thereunder or for attending the work of the Corporation. (3) Any person nominated as a member of the Corporation shall, unless disqualified, be eligible for re-nomination, on the expiry of his term of office.
