7. (1) The Board may form Committees and sub-committees for the purpose of discharging the overall functions of the Board.
(2) Every such committee or sub-committee shall be headed either by the Chairman or by the Vice-Chairman.
(3) The functions of every such Committee or Sub-Committee and their procedures shall be provided for by the regulations.
