This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kalyani University Act, 1981 (West Bengal Act 40 of 1981); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Kalyani University Act, 1960. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
