Section 13. Officers of the University.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kalyani University Act, 1981 (West Bengal Act 40 of 1981); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. The following shall be the officers of the University :— (i) the Chancellor, (ii) the Vice-Chancellor, (iii) the Finance Officer, (iv) the Registrar, and (v) such other persons in the service of the University as the University may declare to be officers of the University.
