Section 9. Register of Teachers.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kalyani University Act, 1981 (West Bengal Act 40 of 1981); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. The University shall maintain and keep up to date in such manner as may be prescribed by Statutes a register of the names of the Teachers, not being Principals, of all the colleges.
