Section 55. Impression of signature on Board securities.

55. (1) The signature of the person authorised to sign Board securities on behalf of the Board may be printed, engraved, lithographed, or impressed thereon by such other mechanical process as the Board may direct. (2) A signature so printed, engraved, lithographed, or impressed on a Board security shall be as valid as if it had been inscribed under the handwriting of the person so authorised.
