Section 70. Penalty for breach of regulations.

70. Any regulations under this section may provide that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and, where the offence is a continuing one, with a daily fine which may extend to one hundred rupees during the continuance of such offence.
