Section 82. Suits or proceedings against Board or its members or employees.

82. No suit or other legal proceeding shall be commenced against the Board or any member or employee thereof for anything done or purporting to have been done in pursuance of any provision of this Act until the expiration of sixty days after a notice in writing has been given to the Board or such member or employee, stating the cause of action or after six months after the accrual of the cause of action.
