Section 5. Manner of claiming refund. The West Bengal Motor Transport Workers' Welfare Cess Act, 2010

5. The provision of section 13 of the West Bengal Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1979 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the manner of claiming refund of cess under this Act.
