This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by West Bengal Act XVII of 1979, s.25(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Multi-storeyed Building Tax Act, 1975. (2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
