Section 8. Recovery of tax and penalty.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by West Bengal Act XVII of 1979, s.25(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Any amount of the tax or penalty which has not been paid within the date within which it is to be paid, shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
