Section 10. Power to make rules.

10. (1) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for any or all of the following matters, namely :— (a) the manner of service of the copy of the notification under section 3 on the Company, (b) the procedure to be followed by the Tribunal in determining the amount of compensation under section 8, (c) the determination of expenses referred to in item (g) of paragraph (ii) of the Explanation to sub-section (1) of section 8.
