Section 13. The President.

13. (1) The President shall hold office for the period mentioned in section 11. (2) If the President dies or resigns his office or ceases to hold office, the State Government shall nominate another person as President and such President shall hold office for the unexpired portion of the term of office of the previous President in whose place he is nominated.
