Section 16. Meetings.

16. (1) The Parishad shall hold its meetings at such intervals and at such places as may be provided by regulations. (2) No business shall be transacted at any meeting of the Parishad unless a quorum of seven Members be present. (3) Save as provided in section 25, all questions arising at any meeting shall be decided by votes of the majority of the Members present and voting or in case of an equality of votes by the casting vote of the President or, in his absence, of the Member presiding at the meeting.
