Section 23. Power to amend the Schedule.

23. The State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, add to, amend, or alter the Schedule: Provided that the name of any institution or any qualification granted or conferred by any institution shall not be removed from the Schedule unless the managing body or authority of such institution has been given an opportunity of making representation against such removal.
