Section 23. Protection of action taken in good faith.

23. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any officer of that Government or Competent Authority or other person exercising any powers or discharging any function or performing any duty under this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
