Section 25. Expenditure from the fund.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25. The Corporation shall have power to spend such sums as it thinks fit on objects authorised under this Act and such sums shall be treated as exenditure payable out of the general fund of the Corporation or the funds referred to in sub-section (1) of section 24, as the case may be.
