Section 28. Power of State Government to issue instructions.
The West Bengal Scheduled Castes Development And Finance Corporation Act, 1976
This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
28. The State Government may issue to the Corporation general instructions to be followed by the Corporation and such instructions may include directions relating to the recruitment, the conditions of service and training of its employees, the wages to be paid to the employees, the reserves to be maintained by it and the disposal of its property, movable or immovable, and the Corporation shall be bound to follow such instructions.
