Section 48. Audit Report.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Act, 1963 (5 of 1963), s.46; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
48. (1) Not more than fourteen days after completing the audit the auditor shall submit to the State Government a report on the accounts audited, and shall send a copy of the report to the Board which shall forward it to the State Government together with its observations thereon. (2) Subject to the provisions of section 50, the State Government shall take such action on the audit report as it thinks fit.
